Give us a call when you arrive and we'll come out to the door. You don't have to be very punctual, we'll always try to be as flexible as we possibly can.

We'll have a quick chat about the job and take any extra details.
Leave the guitar with us.
We'll be in touch via phone or email when work is done.
When the work is completed, come back to collect (you don't have to make an appointment but please be aware we are open Tues to Sat 9.30am to 6pm) and test the guitar in the shop. We can make any adjustments while you're here, or you're welcome to try it at home and pop back for adjustments.
